Where are you located?

Ferncliff is a short walk from Nuwara Eliya town center, close to Victoria Park, the Post Office, Grand Hotel, and cafes. It’s a 20-minute taxi ride from the Nanu Oya train station.
How many types of rooms do you have?

The bungalow has 3 rooms and 2 suites which accommodate doubles and a room that is a triple.
How many guests can stay in the property?

The bungalow sleeps 13 guests in 6 rooms. We offer interconnected rooms that are perfect for families. Please mention this when booking so we can arrange it.
What is your food like?

We offer an a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Afternoon tea and snacks are also available. Meals use fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Can I book the whole property?

Yes, we offer exclusive buy-out options for the entire villa, providing you with full privacy for your group or family. Contact us for more details

Is the villa fully private?

Yes, we offer exclusive buy-out options for the entire villa, providing you with full privacy for your group or family.
Do you provide drivers accommodation?

We do not provide accommodation for drivers. However, we are happy to assist in finding suitable arrangements for your driver nearby prior to your arrival. the driver can pay. Costs around Rs. 4 – 5,000 with meals per night.
How can I hire a taxi or tuk-tuk during my stay?
Taxis and tuk-tuks are commonly available in major towns and at the airport. You can hire roadside tuk-tuks or private vans easily in areas like Colombo, Kandy, and Galle.
