  • Where are you located?

    We’re nestled in the lush hills of Ramboda, midway between Kandy and Nuwara Eliya. The villa is a short drive from the main road.

  • How many types of rooms do you have?

    We have 5 rooms in total. The Marigold and Magnolia Suites are located opposite each other within the main building, and the Lavender, Lily, and Rose rooms are next to each other.

  • How many guests can stay in the property?

    A maximum of 13 guests can stay in the property. Extra beds can be available in the Magnolia, Marigold, and Lavender rooms.

  • What is your food like?

    You can use our a la carte menu to order fresh local meals.

  • Can I book the whole property?

    Yes, we offer exclusive buy-out options for the entire villa, providing you with full privacy for your group or family. Contact us for more details

  • Is the property suitable for families?

    We welcome families, though our pool isn’t suitable for young children. Children aged 4-11 pay 50% of the adult rate. Extra beds can be available.

  • Is the property suitable for couples?

    Our villas offer tranquil spaces, making them an ideal retreat for couples seeking a romantic getaway.

  • Is the property suitable for children?

  • Is the villa fully private?

    Yes, we offer exclusive buy-out options for the entire villa, providing you with full privacy for your group or family. Contact us for more details

  • Do you provide drivers accommodation?

    We do not provide accommodation for drivers. However, we are happy to assist in finding suitable arrangements for your driver nearby prior to your arrival. the driver can pay. Costs around Rs. 4 – 5,000 with meals per night.

  • How can I hire a taxi or tuk-tuk during my stay?

    Taxis and tuk-tuks are commonly available in major towns and at the airport. You can hire roadside tuk-tuks or private vans easily in areas like Colombo, Kandy, and Galle.

        Both accept cash or credit card, though many drivers prefer cash and may decline a booking if you don’t specify that you’re paying with cash.
    • Note:Outside of Colombo, Kandy, and Galle, taxis and ride-hailing services may not always be readily available. We recommend planning ahead or checking with your host for assistance.
  • What are check-in/out times?

    Check-in is at 2 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. We can arrange early check-in or late check-out for a fee, subject to availability.

  • What's your cancellation policy?

    Our policy varies by season. For Peak season, a 100% cancellation fee applies if canceled 90 days or less before arrival. Please refer to your booking confirmation.

  • Can we explore nearby activities?

    Absolutely. The villa is perfectly positioned for exploring. You can easily access the Pekoe Trail, Ramboda Waterfall, Hanuman Kovil, Pusulpitiya Temple, and other sites.

  • Is there a swimming pool?

    Yes, we have a swimming pool with spectacular views, perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing while you enjoy a floating breakfast. Note, the pool is not made for young children.
