Where are you located?

We are tucked between a serene riverside and a quiet beach, just 10 minute drive south of the lively surf town of Arugam Bay. It’s an ideal retreat for those seeking seclusion.
How many types of rooms do you have?

Kudakalliya Beach Houses consists of three unique houses with a total of eight rooms. Ganga Addara is a duplex – 1 double room on the ground floor and a triple room on the first floor. Sayura Unit A consists of 1 double, 1 quadruple and a dorm type balcony room upstairs for 3 guests. The Sayura Unit B comes with 3 triple rooms and the Elephant Point has 1 double room and a dorm that can accommodate 6 guests
How many guests can stay in the property?

The property can accommodate up to 32 guests, making it perfect for large groups and multiple families traveling together.
What is your food like?

We offer an a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Afternoon tea and snacks are also available. Meals use fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Can I book the whole property?

Yes, we offer exclusive buy-out options for the entire property which is 4 beach houses providing you with full privacy for your group or family. Each beach house out of the 4 with privacy can also be booked. Contact us for more details
Is the property suitable for families?

Absolutely. Kudakalliya Beach Houses are an ideal haven for families and groups. With spacious verandas and a peaceful location, it offers a secure and enjoyable escape for all ages.
Is the property suitable for couples?

Our villas offer private, tranquil spaces, making them an ideal retreat for couples seeking a romantic getaway.
Is the property suitable for children?

Absolutely. Kudakalliya Beach Houses are an ideal haven for children.
Is the villa fully private?

Yes, we offer exclusive buy-out options for the entire property, providing you with full privacy for your group or family. Contact us for more details
Do you provide drivers accommodation?

We do not provide accommodation for drivers. However, we are happy to assist in finding suitable arrangements for your driver nearby prior to your arrival. The driver can pay. Costs around Rs. 4 – 5,000 with meals per night.
What are check-in/out times?

Check-in time is at 1 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
What activities are available?

Guests can enjoy safaris to national parks, relax on a secluded beach, and take part in personalized activities like yoga and surf classes. Please contact us for more information. Seasonally, you can spot elephants too.
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be in writing. If canceled within 4 weeks prior to the stay, a 100% cancellation charge will apply. There are no refunds for no-shows.
