Where are you located?

We are conveniently located for exploring the Cultural Triangle, including Sigiriya and Dambulla UNESCO sites, hiking Pidurangala, or witnessing the Elephant Gathering in Minneriya.
How many types of rooms do you have?

Peacock Hill has 3 elegant rooms: The Sigiriya Suite, a quadruple with a double bed, a day bed and an optional folding bed, Lake Suite, a quadruple with a double bed, a day bed and an optional folding bed, and 360 View Suite, a double with its own private balcony.
How many guests can stay in the property?

Peacock Hill sleeps 10 guests in 3 elegant rooms. The Sigiriya View Suite and Lake View Suite each accommodate up to 4 guests, and the 360 View Suite accommodates 2.
What is your food like?

Meals use fresh, locally sourced ingredients and is prepared by our local chef.
Can I book the whole property?

Absolutely. The Lake and Sigiriya Suites are ideal for families.
Is the property suitable for couples?

Yes, Peacock Hill is an intimate three-room retreat, perfect for romantic getaways. The elegant suites and serene location offer an unparalleled experience for couples.
Is the property suitable for children?

Absolutely, children under 11 years stay for free if they share a room with parents, and we provide a special children’s menu.
Is the villa fully private?

The property becomes fully private when its an exclusive buy-out for the entire property, providing you with full privacy for your group or family. Contact us for more details
Do you provide drivers accommodation?

We offer free accommodation and meals for drivers and guides. They are housed in a separate three-bedroom house with private rooms, fans, and car-washing facilities.
What are the check-in/out times?

Check-in is at 2 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. We can be flexible on timings, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies. Peak season and Entire Villa bookings require 90 days or more notice to avoid a 100% charge.
