- A complimentary fourth night is granted when you book a minimum of three consecutive paid nights at the same property.
- This promotion is valid for stays exclusively during May, June, September, and October.
- The offer cannot be split across multiple properties or combined with any other promotions.
- This offer is subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.
- The complimentary night applies to the same room type as the three paid nights.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
- The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Cancellation policy
- Standard hotel cancellation policies apply to all bookings made under this offer.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will incur no penalty.
- Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before arrival will be subject to a 50% charge of the total booking.
- Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in a 100% charge of the total booking.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Changes to booking dates may be treated as a cancellation.
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email.
- The complimentary night is forfeited if any part of the booking is cancelled.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
