We are nestled on the edge of the Victoria Reservoir in Digana, near Kandy. We are 45 minutes from Kandy city, 5 minutes from Victoria Golf Club, 5 minutes from the Cinnamon Air landing spot, and 20 minutes from Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. We have 4 beautifully designed rooms across 3 categories. The Flamingo is a Deluxe Room with a queen bed. The Peacock and Flycatcher are Premium Rooms with king beds. The Hornbill is our Suite with a super king bed. All rooms have double beds. No twin configurations are available.

The Glasshouse Victoria accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 rooms, with a total living space of 6,000 sq ft. The Premium rooms (Peacock & Flycatcher) and the Suite (Hornbill) each have a day bed for a third guest, making them ideal for small groups or families.

Yes. Many guests choose to buy out the entire villa for complete privacy. We accommodate up to 8 guests on a standard villa buyout, or up to 10 guests with the addition of extra beds. Contact us directly for villa buyout rates and availability.

All room rates include Afternoon Tea, Dinner, and Breakfast. A complimentary 30-minute guided walk when booking for two nights on half board. All taxes are also included in the quoted rate.

The Glasshouse is not ideal for children under 11 years due to the pool and open design. Children aged 0–3 stay free. Ages 4–11 are charged 50% of the adult rate with an extra bed, available in Premium or Dream Suite rooms only. Ages 12 and above are considered adults. Baby cot and high chair available upon request.

Absolutely. The Glasshouse Victoria is an intimate, serene retreat set above the Victoria Reservoir, making it a wonderful destination for couples. Whether you choose a room or the entire villa, the peaceful setting, attentive team, and breathtaking views create a truly memorable escape.

We do not offer accommodation for drivers and guides on-site. However, we are happy to assist in arranging nearby accommodation, which drivers and guides can pay for directly. Please inform us in advance so we can make suitable arrangements for your team.

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available at an additional fee, subject to availability. We recommend contacting us in advance if you require a flexible schedule so we can do our best to accommodate.

Yes. A supplement applies on Christmas Eve (24th December) and New Year’s Eve (31st December). Adults and children aged 4-11 are charged an additional fee.

Guests can hike to the summit of Pettigala, visit the ancient Bambaragala Cave Temple, Kayak on the Victoria Reservoir, tee off at the Victoria Golf & Country Resort, or explore Kandy’s cultural landmarks. A complimentary guided walk or temple visit is included for stays of 2 nights or more.

Knuckles Mountains and Victoria Dam are also great options to visit

Yes, we have a stunning infinity pool overlooking the Victoria Reservoir and the Knuckles Mountain Range. Please note the 4.5 ft deep pool is not designed for young children. We ask that all guests take appropriate care, particularly those travelling with children under 11 years of age.
